A silk scarf done in a modified crackle weave by Dorothy Smith was chosen at Contemporary Handweavers of Texas Conference: Stars Over Texas in May 1999.

Painted warp panel by Rosmonde Spinelli was chosen at New England Weavers and Spinners Conference, July 1999

Wedding Vest by Jean Korus, was chosen at Association of Northwest Weavers Guilds in August 1999

A table runner titled Snowballs and Shuttles, Winter in Vermont by Julie Singer George was chosen by the Vermont Weavers Guild in 1999.
